An ideal location a few steps from the city centre, a unique cultural setting, a magnificent terrace and a gourmet menu served with gusto by Laurence... What? You haven't yet been to Brasserie Schuman?

The contemporary and luminous setting of Brasserie Schuman--with its large bay windows and unique terrace--still serves the restaurant well. The two-course business lunch menu at 29€  is a must, and the menu always uses local, often organic, seasonal products. Especially in winter, when the brasserie brings out some mischievous specialities, which can also be found at the Chalet by Lili, Laurence's new very chic chalet  at the Cloche d'Or “Winter Market”.

Raclette, fondue, tartiflettes--all of which delight the palette in a warm, cosy setting, each time reinvented. There’s also the usual menu and tapas which are an excellent option for dining before an evening at the Grand Théâtre, for example.

On sunny days, the terrace is great for hanging out, from apero hour to sunset, or during festive brunches organised there.
