The Paperjam Club welcomes a new member: UX Capital. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company's activity in a few words?

Berny Abarca Coto: “ is a UX design agency that collaborates closely with clients to develop and optimize platforms, websites, and apps that users love, ultimately boosting conversion and retention rates. By leveraging high-quality tools and AI, we streamline user research, design, prototyping, and testing processes, saving both time and money. Recent projects include the redesign of an employee access platform, a CRM system, and the revitalisation of several media websites and apps in Luxembourg.”

What’s the story behind your company, and how does this story translate to your mission and values?

“The field of UX design is vast and constantly evolving, making it challenging for a single in-house designer to stay on top of everything. That’s why we offer a partnership to help you navigate these areas at your own pace and for a fixed fee. We can either support and enhance your marketing or IT team or take the lead to manage a fully turnkey project.”

What opportunities do you seek within the club, and how will you help it grow?

“Luxembourg’s business landscape is both exciting and dynamic. The Paperjam Club keeps us informed about market developments and key players while offering valuable opportunities to expand our network, share insights and experiences, and connect with potential partners. No matter how advanced technology becomes, nothing beats a handshake and a good conversation for building lasting relationships.”
