On Tuesday 8 October, Deloitte Luxembourg announced the arrival of 210 new recruits from 22 different countries. These new recruits bring the total workforce of the Big Four firm in the grand duchy to more than 2,700 people.

Deloitte Luxembourg has welcomed 210 new employees from 22 countries as part of its autumn induction programme, which began on 7 October 2024 at the Lycée Vauban. The programme, which runs until 11 October, aims to introduce new employees to the firm’s culture, history, core values and strategic vision.

The new employees were welcomed by a number of key figures from the firm, including people & purpose leader Christian van Dartel, diversity, equity and inclusion leader Sandrine Muller, risk & reputation leader Jérôme Lecoq, and advisory & consulting group and innovation leader Patrick Laurent. Their presentations focused on the opportunities for development within Deloitte and the importance of collaboration within the company.

“Thinking back to when I first joined the firm many years ago, I vividly recall the excitement and anticipation of embarking on a new journey. Seeing that same enthusiasm in our new colleagues today fills me with immense pride and optimism,” said managing partner and CEO at Deloitte Luxembourg, , in a press release.

With these new hires, Deloitte Luxembourg now has a workforce of more than 2,700 professionals and counts more than 90 different nationalities among its employees.
