The “ReConnect” initiative offers people in Luxembourg part-time and flexible working options with Vodafone, combined with training and refresher courses to enhance skills.

The initiative is being organised in partnership with The Job Tailors, a startup aimed at harnessing the skills, experience and talent of women who have taken a career break and helping them get back into the workforce by encouraging employers to offer more flexible working solutions.

The startup’s “Returners” programme, meanwhile, prepares women for their return to the work place by offering coaching sessions, career advice and access to their network.

The collaboration kicks off with a “ReConnect” workshop at the Vodafone office, at 15 Rue Edward Steichen, 2540 Luxembourg-Kirchberg at 7pm on 21 September.

There will be CV and interview advice, information about the job market in Luxembourg and the opportunity to meet inspiring women who manage a career and a family here in Luxembourg.
