Things are moving at Deloitte. The audit firm announced in a press release the nomination of 19 new partners and managing directors as of 1 June 2021. 

Those named partners are:

- Edouard Authamayou (tax), specialising in Luxembourg tax advice to American multinationals;

- François Bade (advisory & consulting), specialising in distribution strategy, its design and deployment, optimisation of the provision of services to customers, change management, innovation and digitisation;

- Florence Buron (advisory & consulting), working on regulatory issues as well as issues relating to ESG;

- Laura Delpey (audit & assurance), a company auditor who has successfully completed several international audit assignments in the hedge fund sector, and more particularly in the real estate sector;

- Dinko Dinev (tax), specialising in intragroup financial transactions for clients in the alternative investment sector, as well as for large American and European multinationals;

- Maël Garo (audit & assurance), company auditor specialising in auditing consolidated financial statements under IFRS (international financial reporting standards), in particular for public interest entities;

- Bogdan Gordiichuk (audit & assurance), with professional experience focused on complex group audits, including large public groups;

- Nicolas Griedlich (advisory & consulting), specialist in analysis and information management projects creating value for a wide range of clients and institutions in Luxembourg and Europe;

- Baptiste Guionnet (advisory & consulting), specialised in corporate finance, advises executives on strategy, product and service development, capital planning, asset-liability management, operational finance, as well as in the design of target operational models and post-merger integration programs;

- Bjoern Herberger (tax), works with the corporate and accounting services team, in charge of clients in the real estate sector, and is an active member of the German business community;

- Francesca Messini (advisory & consulting), expert in operations and in setting up financial institutions, business transformation, and transformation of acquisitions;

- Sandrine Muller (audit & assurance), company auditor specializing in regulated and unregulated alternative funds;

- Anne Ricci (audit & assurance), regulatory expert in the investment management industry.

The partners who joined the company since January 2021 are:

- Christine Casanova (tax), with more than 20 years of experience in Luxembourg and international taxation;

- Pascal Denis (advisory & consulting), occupies the role of growth & strategy leader. In this capacity, he advises the executive committee on the definition and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in the market;

- Nicolas Marinier (advisory & consulting), with more than 13 years of experience in Luxembourg and Singapore in the private banking sector, with a focus on Russian clients;

- Nicolas Xanthopoulos (advisory & consulting), with over 20 years of experience in the fund industry, asset management and consulting.

The new managing directors are:

- Anna-Marie Kramer (audit & assurance), ensures the quality and excellence of the professional practices of the audit profession;

- Christophe Vallet (advisory & consulting), expert in digital technologies and business applications, serves clients in the public sector, financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing industry in the development of new digital strategies.

With these appointments, the company now has 138 partners and managing directors in charge of over 2,200 employees.
