For the life insurance company OneLife, CSR is an integral part of the company’s overall strategy. This is evidenced by the renewal of the Great Place to Work® certification in early 2025. Not only confirmation of the company’s DNA and ambitions as an employer, but so much more.

OneLife obtains Great Place to Work® recertification

The independent label GPTW® recognises organisations committed to the well-being of their employees. Certification is awarded on the basis of employee opinions obtained via an anonymous and voluntary survey.

With a response rate to the 2024 survey of 73%, the survey reveals that nearly 70% of employees consider OneLife to be a great place to work – some 19 points higher than the average for employers in Luxembourg.

The results recognise the initiatives implemented since the previous certification 3 years ago, designed to enhance work/life balance, notably incorporating an expanded homeworking policy, flexible working hours and the possibility of purchasing additional days off.

Autonomy and accountability, two key areas for OneLife, were also highlighted as a strength of the company in the survey results.

Lastly, over 90% welcomed the diversity policy, which ensures fair treatment of employees regardless of ethnic origin, gender or sexual orientation. OneLife intends to continue to cultivate wealth of diversity within the company, focussing on managing generational diversity – a key factor for commitment, cohesion and innovation.

Guided by the values of solidarity and responsibility, OneLife also seeks to be fully involved in targeted initiatives designed to improve the lives of vulnerable people. In 2025, the company notably increased its support for Fondation Cancer Luxembourg, contributing to research, patient support and raising awareness.
