Whilst the property market remains under pressure, Century 21 Benelux is continuing to expand in Luxembourg. The group, which is already active in Belgium, has just added three branches in the space of a year and aims to open ten offices by 2030.

Whilst the real estate market is going through a tricky period, Century 21 Benelux is showing growth momentum, particularly in Luxembourg. , the network has strengthened its presence in the grand duchy with the integration of three former Remax branches: Immo Stars in Strassen, Immo Power in Esch-sur-Alzette and Immo Specialists in Limpertsberg. These new offices bring together 40 estate agents under the Century 21 banner.

Already well established in Belgium, the group has accelerated its development in Luxembourg, where it aims to reach ten agencies by 2030 and occupy a leading position in the residential segment.

“The fact that we are able to continue to stand out even in difficult economic times is entirely down to the strength of our network. And our ambition is now also apparent: Luxembourg is growing exponentially,” comments Century 21 Benelux CEO Laurent Lejeune.

New governance

This expansion strategy is accompanied by new governance. Kevin Rentmeesters has recently been appointed network manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. With this appointment, the property group is underlining its ambition to continue its expansion.

Rentmeesters is no stranger to the world of property. The former network manager at Engel & Völkers began his career as a trainee at Era, before opening his own estate agency in Brussels. Since last month, he has been working at Century 21 Benelux.

“It’s an honour for me to arrive at such an important time,” says Rentmeesters. “Century 21 is the benchmark worldwide and has everything it needs to continue growing in the Benelux countries too. My role here is clear: to strengthen our network, continue to develop it and prepare it for sustainable growth.”
