This year, ING Solutions Investment Management achieved numerous successes, bringing its assets under management to €40 billion*. This milestone marks an important turning point for the company, which is celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.

A year full of projects

The year 2024 was marked by various achievements, demonstrating ISIM's commitment to growth and offering investors investment products fully managed by ING entities. Many projects were successfully completed..

Belgium, one of the major markets for the company, saw its pension savings fund offering expand in May 2024 with the launch of two new sub-funds. This represents €4.6 billion** in assets under management for the ING Group's management company.

Additionally, this year, ISIM expanded its offerings with a new fixed-maturity fund launch, particularly targeting the Italian market to capitalize on the revaluation and attractiveness of bonds. This fund allowed investors to lock in the opportunity created by higher interest rates while seeking stability and visibility of returns. In addition, ESG criteria were incorporated into its investment decisions by offering funds that comply with Article 8 of the SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation).

Finally, to support this expansion, we had the pleasure of inviting our European commercial partners to Amsterdam for our annual event in November, the ISIM Days. Workshops and panels allowed our guests to better understand groups’ global strategy for the next years and, most importantly, to bring stakeholders closer together around the themes that drive our sector.

ISIM gets ready for 2025

As the year draws to a close, ISIM is focused on expanding into new European markets through the onboarding of new funds and the deployment of its offerings. This will be supported by more visible communication through events aimed at our partners, and most importantly, by the constant evolution of our products to meet increasingly specific and sophisticated requirements.
