As part of its efforts to strengthen its quality processes and delivery capabilities, eSST Luxembourg is welcoming Cássio Sant'Anna to its IT team as quality & delivery manager. In this role, he will play a key part in the development of eSST monitoring, ensuring the reliability of released versions and the continuous improvement of testing practices. He will help to structure IT quality processes, secure deployment cycles and strengthen collaboration between the technical and product teams.

Cássio Sant'Anna has significant experience in quality assurance within complex environments, including mission-critical systems and high-volume platforms. In particular, he has led release management activities, designed comprehensive testing strategies and supported teams in improving their IT quality standards. His collaborative and continuous improvement-focused approach will help drive the growth of the eSST monitoring platform, ensuring the reliability and quality of our deliverables.
