They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Camille and Jean Scholtès at Jumbo Hotel.

Entrepreneurship is part of the DNA of Jean Scholtès and Camille Scholtès. Jean is a great-grandson of Eugène Scholtès, founder of the eponymous household appliance business in 1922, and is also the brother of chef . His wife Camille, 34, is also a descendant of several great Lorraine entrepreneurs. "Our respective parents have always supported us in our project and we were certainly less afraid of taking the plunge given our family entrepreneurial heritage", says Jean, 38.

Both are now at the head of Jumbo Hotel, which offers a wide range of hotel-related services and whose main activities lie in the acquisition and operation of hotels. Launched in 2015 with the acquisition of the Mandarina Hotel in Strassen, their business now involves 20 establishments across Europe and between 150 and 200 employees. "We should have around 1,000 rooms by 2026, compared with 500 at present," predicts Camille.
