In his new role at the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL), Alexandre Dias will focus on strengthening sustainable finance initiatives in the grand duchy’s banking sector, supporting players with navigating regulation and promoting sustainability-driven finance solutions, said the from the industry association.
“I am delighted to join the ABBL to help drive sustainable finance across the banking sector,” commented Dias. “This role is a great opportunity to support both financial stability and lasting positive change.”
Dias joins the ABBL from the management consulting firm Aurexia, where he had worked as an ESG manager since September 2022. Prior to that, he held positions in sustainable finance at Deloitte and KPMG, as well as the role of compliance officer at Banque Palatine. Dias has a master’s degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in the management of banking risk, compliance, anti-money laundering and regulation.
